This course examines the changes that are currently taking place in Managed Care within New York State and across the country.  In Part 1, Mr. Archibald presents an overview of the various goals and compliance challenges with regard to recent reforms in NYS Medicaid and Medicare as well as current and upcoming requirements of the Affordable Care Act.  Part 2 discusses the Top Ten Compliance Issues related to these changes and presents specific recommended actions to be taken in order to meet these challenges.
