This course will review the external pressures driving today’s healthcare institutions to explore new partnering opportunities.  It will review each of 7 different affiliation options, their pluses, minuses and implementation considerations.  The course will explore possible ‘speed bumps’ one may encounter along the way and present the different steps an organization should follow to select the right affiliation model for them.
